THIS ISN'T ABOUT BEING TOLD WHAT TO BELIEVE
It's about exploring.Inside The Flow Sisterhood, we don't just talk about ideas.We play with them.We take something we've been curious about and ask:What happens if I actually try this?We explore the relationship between our inner world and our outer experience.We work with crystals and energy.We explore manifestation and intention.We experiment with different ways of shifting our state, our perspective and our experience.We explore intuition, synchronicity and those moments that make you stop and think:“Okay... that's interesting.”We dive into books, ideas and concepts that open up new ways of looking at ourselves and the world around us.And then we come back together and share what happened.Because sometimes the most interesting part isn't the idea itself.It's what happens when you try it.

There is no fixed curriculum because curiosity doesn't work that way.Our explorations might take us into:
Crystals & EnergyWorking consciously with crystals, energy and intention and exploring the many ways crystals can become part of our personal practice and everyday experience.Manifestation & IntentionExploring different approaches to manifestation, experimenting with our intentions and becoming more aware of what we are creating, inviting and noticing in our lives.Consciousness & PossibilityExploring ideas about reality, perception, consciousness and what might be possible when we're willing to question what we've always assumed to be true.Intuition & SynchronicityBecoming more aware of our intuition, the little nudges, meaningful coincidences, patterns and unexpected moments that invite us to pay attention.Mindset & BeliefExploring the beliefs, assumptions and patterns that shape how we experience ourselves and our lives, and discovering what happens when we become curious about them.Energy & StateExploring meditation, energy practices and different ways of shifting our internal state and experiencing ourselves differently.Books & Big IdeasTaking fascinating ideas from books, teachers and thinkers and bringing them into the Sisterhood to explore together.And whatever else sparks our curiosity.
A CIRCLE OF WOMEN
At the heart of The Flow Sisterhood is the women.Not women who all think the same way.Not women who have all reached the same place.Women who are curious.Women who are exploring.Women who have questions.Women who are willing to look at life from a different perspective and say:“Let's see.”We'll share our discoveries, our experiences, our questions and our synchronicities.We'll celebrate the things that work.We'll talk about the things that don't.We'll support each other through the highs and the lows.We'll laugh.We'll question things.We'll sometimes go down fascinating rabbit holes together.And we'll create a space where you don't have to explain why you're interested in these things.You can simply be curious.
A little about me
I'm Jade Rowan, founder of Spirit Crystal Academy, Crystal Energy Healer and Soul Coach.I've been working with crystals, energy and personal transformation for over a decade. I'm a Reiki Master Teacher and hold an Advanced Diploma from The British Academy of Crystal Healing, alongside years of experience teaching crystal healing, working with clients and creating spaces for women to explore their own intuition and inner wisdom.I've always loved exploring the places where energy, consciousness, crystals, intuition and possibility meet.The Flow Sisterhood brings all of that together in a space where we can explore it together.
Two gatherings a month
We meet every other Tuesday at 7pm UK time on Zoom.Each month, we choose a different theme to explore together.Sometimes we'll experiment.Sometimes we'll discuss something fascinating that's been occupying our minds.And sometimes the conversation will simply take us somewhere none of us expected.That's part of the fun.The Flow Sisterhood isn't about following a prescribed path.It's about exploring the path together.
